This was the design for our
25th Anniversary R.A.T.S. Badge (2019) |

It was our 25th year as the R.A.T.S. on January 19th 2019 and I sent off to have a special commemorative, one-off, 25th Anniversary badge produced. This was based on the circular design I did a few years back (see below). The only change to this design was obviously the dates / text to commemorate our *Silver Anniversary*.
The badges were produced by our supplier, the excellent Black Dragon Badges, and the order went in, (2nd Jan 2018)
The image shown, (below), was the 'working design' I did for Andy at 'Black Dragon'. The actual badge will not be as detailed and all text / dates etc will be in 'silver'.

PS : I was hoping to have a badge produced for our 30th Anniversary, but 'Black Dragon' only keep their actual badge dies for around 3 years ... if you don't order within that time they destroy the design. Although I have the design ready made up for production, it meant I had to pay a rather hefty, (hefty for this pensioner !), setting up fee once again alongside the cost of several hundred (???) new badges ! Sadly the idea was dropped.
